In the crisis management process, it is necessary to know how to be prepared, manage and evaluate the crisis very well. It is also important to practice or experiment beforehand. As a company, we have tried to overcome the pandemic process with the least damage by giving great importance to these criteria and applying them. For example, we created virtual crisis environments twice. While solving these, we determined and revealed what actions we can take, and we were successful by overcoming this crisis with the least possible damage.”
