Prof. Dr. Gülçin Büyüközkan is the President of the Board of Directors of the Logistics Association (LODER) and a faculty member in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Galatasaray University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1993, and her Master’s degrees from the National Graduate School of Industrial Engineering in Grenoble (ENSGI) in 1996 and Boğaziçi University in 1997. She completed her PhD studies in Industrial Engineering at the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble (INPG) and Laval University in 1999.

Prof. Büyüközkan has published numerous national and international works, including academic articles, conference papers, and book chapters in the fields of industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, sustainability, product development, and digitalization. She provides industrial training in various topics, primarily in strategic management, logistics, and supply chain management. She also offers strategic consulting services focused on supply chain management, sustainability, digital transformation, innovative system development, and system improvement, and carries out industrial projects.
